HOW CAN I COME TOUR THE SCHOOL?
We always recommend touring your top choices for barber school before choosing one to enroll in. This way you can get your questions answered, meet the team, and see if the school feels right for you! We would love to meet you for a guided tour of our school.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO COMPLETE BARBER SCHOOL?
Madison Barber Stylist School offers full-time and part-time barber school. Students attending full-time are expected to complete the program within 26-34 weeks or 6-9 months. Students attending part-time are expected to complete the program within 50-weeks (one year).
HOW MANY HOURS MUST I ATTEND BARBER SCHOOL weekly?
Madison Barber Stylist School offers full-time and part-time barber school. Students attending full-time are expected to attend school at least 30 hours weekly and part-time students are expected to attend at least 20 hours weekly. As far as Veteran Affairs is concerned, 20 hours is considered full-time attendance. Madison Barber Stylist School LLC will consider students receiving Veteran funds full-time if completing at least 20-hours weekly.

HOW DO I CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE AN EXISTING SALON APPOINTMENT?
You can make adjustments to an existing appointment by clicking on the “Change/ Cancel Appointment” button in your confirmation email. If you’ve deleted your confirmation email, you can also call us at (903) 952-5198. Please make any adjustments at least 24 hours in advance.
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A BARBER AND A COSMETOLOGIST?
Barbers are trained more specifically in techniques for short hair, facial hair grooming, and shaving. This means that barbers typically focus more on men’s hairstyling and cutting. Cosmetologists learn additional skills in skincare and nail care.
